I am deeply honoured to have been conferred as a Fellow of the Ghana College of Pharmacists—a recognition that affirms a career dedicated to impact, leadership, and professional excellence. This milestone is not mine alone; it is the result of God’s grace and the unwavering support of my family, mentors, colleagues, and students who have shaped and inspired me throughout this journey.
Over the past three decades, my path in the global pharmaceutical industry has taken me through senior leadership roles with Pfizer, BD, Beckman Coulter, and Novo Nordisk. In these roles, I had the privilege of driving strategy and market expansion across Africa, the Gulf, Europe, and Asia, while forging partnerships with organisations such as WHO, IDA, iCAHD, and the Burkett Lymphoma Foundation of Africa. These experiences reinforced my belief that true leadership is not about position—it is about the impact we create.
That conviction led to the founding of the Level Up Mentorship Program, which has grown into an international platform equipping students, graduates, and early-career professionals with the mindset, confidence, and tools to thrive. Its Corporate Edition now extends this vision into organisations committed to investing in their people.
As I embrace this Fellowship, I do so with gratitude and renewed purpose: to continue shaping leaders, empowering communities, and creating lasting value. Because in the end, IMPACT IS IMMORTALITY.
